Terms of Use1. Eligibility Membership of NextPro and use of NextPro is void where prohibited. By being a registered member of NextPro you agree that (a) you are 13 years of age or older; (b) the information you register with and maintain is accurate and true; (c) your use of NextPro is not breaking any laws; and (d) that you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement. Your membership with NextPro may be canceled at anytime without warning, if we conclude you are under 13 years of age, if we conclude that you are under 18 years old and are registered as 18 years of age or older, if we conclude that you are over 18 and registered as under 18; or if we conclude that your interests in the site are not based on sports or extra curricular activities.2. Terms This agreement, or any posted amended agreement, will be in effect the whole time you are a registered member of NextPro. You may cancel your agreement with NextPro at any time during the duration of your membership. This agreement will remain valid even after cancellation of your memberships.3. Password When becoming a registered member of NextPro you will be asked to create a password. This password is for your own use only and should not be shared with any third party. You and you only are responsible for the confidentiality of this password. You will notify NextPro if you lose this password or believe that an unauthorized user has gained access to it.4. Content Posted i. NextPro may refuse or delete any content for any reason. It is up to the judgment of NextPro to say what is offensive content. NextPro is not responsible for any content monitoring on the site but may reject any content at any time.ii. You, as a registered member of NextPro, are responsible for the content you post.5. Content/activity prohibited Following is a list of content that is prohibited on NextPro. NextPro reserves the right to take legal action if a member violates part of this agreement. Prohibited Content includes content that;i. Is offensive or harasses any other person or registered member;ii. Promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm;iii. Includes nudity, violence, or anything linked to an adult website;iv. Promotes illegal activityv. Solicits members or any other person under the age of 18vi. May put members in danger.6. Member Disputes You are responsible for any confrontations with other members of NextPro.7. Disclaimers NextPro is not responsible for any content that is posted on the site. The registered user is solely responsible for whatever content is on their page. NextPro is not responsible for any member disputes. NextPro is not responsible for any third party websites whose information is posted on the site. If you are a registered user with NextPro you will be required to provide your name, email address, and each user with be asked to create a user ID and password. It is up to you and you only to not share this user ID and password with anyone. We may optionally ask you to provide your physical address and other demographic information, such as, age and gender. Profile InformationProtecting the privacy of your profile is solely your responsibility. All information that you provide as a registered member is up to you. The information on you profile will be viewed by registered and unregistered users of NextPro. This information you provide is up to you and NextPro has the right to delete this information if it breaks the term Agreement.NextPro may use the information provided to analyze our demographics. But will not provide the information provided to any third party.Third PartiesNextPro may provide links to third party websites or allow other companies to display advertisements to users. NextPro is not responsible for, and does not have any control over, the privacy practices or the content of such third parties. Use by children prohibitedTheNextPro.com complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without a parents written permission. ChangesNextPro has the right to and may change the Privacy Policy at anytime. If NextPro does change the Privacy Policy registered users will be notified.
